These are some of the questions our Reception team receive from guests regularly. We hope they give you more information about your stay with us.

1. How much is parking?
Hotel guests can park at the on-site parking facility for RM10 per night. This rate includes multiple entry and exit within a 24-hour period.
Hotel guests wishing to park their car must check-in and register their car AFTER entering the carpark in order to redeem this rate. Guests who do not register their cars will be subjected to paying the regular parking fee as the carpark is not operated by Ramada Suites by Wyndham KLCC.
Please be advised that Ramada Suites By Wyndham KLCC takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from cars and any damage or theft of vehicles parked in the on-site car park.
1. Where is breakfast served and at what time?
Breakfast is served in Hugo’s KL 7am to 10.30am Monday through Friday, and 7 am to 11 am on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
2. Can I purchase a breakfast add-on?
Yes, guest without breakfast included in their room package can enjoy buffet breakfast for RM35. This can be purchased upon check-in.

2. What level are these facilities on?
The infinity pool (7am to 11pm), gymnasium (24 hours) and self-service laundrette is located on Level 9 whilst, the meeting and function room is located on Level 10.
1. What is the Tourism Tax and how much is it?
The Tourism Tax is a Federal Government tax collected by all hotels in Malaysia.
The current tax is RM10 per room per night. The tax is collected at check-in and is applicable to all foreign guests. The tax is charged on a per-room basis and not per-person basis.
1. Do you have smoking rooms?
The hotel’s rooms and all internal areas of the property are smoke-free. Non-adherence to our Smoke Free policy will result in a room recovery fee of RM200 to be borne by the guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s debit/credit card should any evidence of smoking be found in the room after check-out.
2. Where can I smoke?
Smoking is permitted in the outdoor section of Hugo’s KL (except during breakfast hours) our ground floor restaurant and bar. Food is not served in the outdoor section of Hugo’s KL to comply with Malaysian legislation.
1. Can Ramada Suites By Wyndham KLCC book tours of Kuala Lumpur for me?
The Tour Desk in the lobby, which is attended from 8am-8pm daily, can organise tours to all of Kuala Lumpur’s major tourist locations and arrange day trips and tours to other locations outside of downtown Kuala Lumpur.
The Tour Desk can also arrange transportation for larger groups to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA and KLIA2).
1. Do you provide pick-up service to/from the airport?
Yes, we do provide airport transfers for a minimal fee.
- Sedan (Maximum 3 pax) – RM 130.00 nett (per way)
- MPV (4 – 6 pax) – RM 180.00nett (per way)
- Van (7 – 17 pax) – RM 265.00 nett (per way)
** There will be a 50% surcharge for pick-ups between 12am to 6am and will need to be booked 3 days prior to your arrival date.
2. How do I make a booking?
